Our workplace is located at House Number 73 in Mohalla Katghar, which is right by the Post Kila area in Bareilly. It’s an old part of the city, and you can feel the history when you walk down the streets near here. Icra Management Consulting Services Limited operates out of this space, and it’s a bit different from those high-rise offices you see in the bigger metros. Here, things move a little slower, which we don't mind at all. The office is basically a converted part of the building, so it feels more like a home than a cold business center. We have our files stacked up and our computers ready to go every morning. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too painful, though the narrow lanes can get tricky during the market hours when everyone is out. We do our consulting work without much fuss or noise. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask the neighbors, as everyone knows where House 73 is. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve become part of the local fabric of Mohalla Katghar. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the honesty of it. We take our breaks, talk about what’s happening in Bareilly, and then get back to the tasks on our desks. It’s a steady rhythm that keeps us going year after year without any change.
