Hind Hospital

Down in Bareilly, Hind Hospital is just one of those places that stays active no matter what time it is. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a lot of hallways that always seem to be filled with people waiting or talking in low voices. It’s a hospital, so there is always that smell of cleaning supplies and medicine hanging in the air. The staff here are usually pretty tired but they keep going anyway because there is always something to do. You might see a cat wandering around the parking area or someone selling tea right outside the main gates. Bareilly is a busy city and that reflects in how many people come through these doors every single day. We don't have those fancy digital screens everywhere like the new places in the big cities. It is more about folders and paper charts around here. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit in the back hallway, but nobody pays it much mind. The benches are hard and the waiting room is usually full of families sitting together. It’s just a practical place for people who live around here. We do what we can with the space we have and try to keep things organized despite the constant rush of patients and the noise from the street traffic that never seems to stop.
