You can find us at Shop No. 16 in Utsav Mahanagar, which is where Siya Chauhan runs the show. It is a shop-front type of office, so we are right there on the ground level. Being in a shopping complex means there are always people walking past and other businesses opening and closing nearby. Our space is not very large, but we have managed to fit in everything we need to keep things running. We have a counter where we handle most of our interactions and a back area for keeping our records. The Mahanagar area is growing quite a bit, so it is an interesting place to be located. We do not have any big marketing slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls. We just have our basic office equipment and some files. During the summer months, it gets pretty hot, so we keep a small cooler running to stay comfortable while we work. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what is needed on a given day. Sometimes we are busy on the phone, and other times we are just catching up on paperwork. It is a very local feel, and we like being accessible to people in the market. We don't try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local business in a shop, doing what we do best.
