Durga Confectioners Pvt.Ltd. is located right at P-1 in the Persakhera Industrial Area. It’s a big industrial patch, so there’s always trucks and lorries moving around the main gates. Our spot is right near the entrance of the lane, which makes it easier for deliveries, though the road gets a bit muddy when it pours. The building is mostly concrete and iron, very functional and plain. Inside, we’ve got the floors marked out for different sections, though things tend to migrate around as we get busier. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. It’s loud because of the ventilation fans, so you have to speak up if you’re trying to talk to someone on the other side of the room. We have a small break area with a couple of benches where we sit and have our tiffins. The clock on the wall is about five minutes fast, but nobody bothers to fix it since we all just go by our watches anyway. It’s a hardworking kind of place. There aren't any trees around here, just other warehouses and factories as far as you can see down the road. We’ve been at P-1 for a long time now, and we know all the security guards at the main gate. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on getting the work done without much fuss or bother. We like the consistency of it, just coming in and doing what we know how to do best.
