Ri Rice Exports

Ri Rice Exports is situated in Village Jataua Dhaunra Tanda. It is a bit of a drive out from the main city, but being right in the village makes sense for what we do. We are surrounded by the fields where a lot of the rice is grown, so we are right in the middle of everything. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the storage areas and the space where we check the grains before they are sent off. The roads out here can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains, so we have to be careful with the trucks coming in. Most of our workers live right here in the village or just a short walk away. We have known each other for a long time, so it feels more like a big family than a regular business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the rice. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we have a generator to keep the machines going when we need to. It is hard work, especially when the humidity is high, but seeing the bags all lined up and ready for export makes it feel like we have accomplished something. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the orders.
