We started Castor Security Services Pvt. Ltd. over here in Badaun because we saw a need for it. Our office is located at B95, Civil Lines, right on D.M. Road. It’s a busy spot but we like being where things are happening. We have a crew that handles different security jobs around the area. Mostly we deal with keeping places watched over and making sure things stay quiet. It’s not fancy work but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes people stop by the office to talk about their buildings or shops. We sit down and figure out what’s needed. The weather gets pretty hot in Civil Lines during the summer, so we spend a lot of time coordinating things from inside or out in the field where the guards are. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, we are busy checking schedules or making sure the staff is where they need to be. Being on D.M. Road makes it easy for the team to get around. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. If someone needs help with security, they just come by or call. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no big corporate talk here, just regular people trying to keep things secure. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the night shifts are covered. Our desks are usually piled with rosters and notebooks. We don't mind the clutter as long as the work gets done.
