Cad Architects

Cad Architects has been around Bareilly for a while now. We keep two spots going, one over at 9 Panchsheel Nagar which is right by Satipur Chauraha on the Pilibhit Bypass. That area stays pretty busy with traffic coming off the main road, but it's where we do most of the work. Then there's the branch office at house number 244 in Santnagar, which sits right across from Vardaan Hostel in Izzat Nagar near the Airforce area. Having two places helps us stay close to different parts of the city. Most days are just spent at the desks looking at drawings and talking through how things should be built. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the architecture side of things. Sometimes people drop by the Panchsheel Nagar office because they saw the sign while driving on the bypass. It gets a bit noisy with the cars outside, but we’re used to it by now. The Izzat Nagar side is a bit different since it's in a residential street near the hostel, so it’s quieter over there. We don't have a big team or anything, just some folks who know how to put plans together. We’ve been at these locations for some time, and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to get the blueprints done and help people figure out their building projects without making things too complicated for them. We like the local feel of the place.
