Our office for Bareilly Realtors Private Limited is over in Sanjay Nagar, specifically at SDO-VI 3423 in the City Fome building. We are right near Bajrang Dhaba, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where to get a decent meal around here. Being near the dhaba means it’s always busy outside with cars and people coming and going. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got some maps on the walls and a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. Bareilly is a place where you have to know people to get things done, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the shop owners and residents in this patch of the city. We don’t do much advertising. Most of the people who come to us were told to stop by by a friend or a cousin. We look at all sorts of properties, from little shops to houses that need a lot of work. It is a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but we like being in the middle of things. Sometimes we stay late to finish up documents, and the smell of the food from next door makes us hungry. We are just a local team trying to make a living by helping others find a place to settle down or start a business. It’s not glamorous, but it is honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night every single day.
