We are based at 35/A-7 in the Civil Lines area. Our building is right near the Chowki Chouraha, which is a very busy intersection with lots of people and vehicles moving through at all hours. Being in Civil Lines gives us a central spot, even if it gets a bit noisy during the day. The office isn't very large, so we’ve had to be smart about how we use the space. We have desks pushed up against the walls and shelves reaching almost to the ceiling. It’s full of folders, samples, and the usual office stuff. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now, and the building shows its age a bit. There’s no elevator, so we get plenty of exercise going up and down. The atmosphere inside is usually pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of orders to process. We don't spend much money on fancy decor; we’d rather just have good chairs and enough light to see what we’re doing. Most of the day is spent on the computer or talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we have to step outside to get away from the office hum for a minute. The tea shop at the corner is a regular stop for most of us. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to stay on top of things in a busy part of the city, day in and day out.
