Shri Balaji Handloom Cloth

Shri Balaji Handloom Cloth is tucked away in Naya Tola, right in the Alamgiriganj area. We are located at number 119, which is very close to the Gauri Shankar Mandir. You can often hear the bells from the temple while we are working. Our shop is filled with different kinds of handloom fabrics. It’s a lot of color and texture packed into a small space. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. The shop isn't anything fancy, just wooden shelves piled high with cloth. We spend most of our time folding and unfolding fabric for people who stop by. It’s a quiet way to make a living. Some days are busier than others, especially around the festivals when everyone wants something new. We don't really do any big advertising. Most people just know we are here because they walk past us on their way to the temple. It’s a local business through and through. We know our regulars by name.
