Aera Exporters

Aera Exporters is based out of Baradari House, which is right in the heart of the Old City. If you know the area near Tenali Road, you know it gets really crowded with people and rickshaws. Our building has been here for ages and it has that old feel to it with thick walls and narrow doorways. Inside, we are mostly busy packing things up and checking lists. It’s a lot of moving boxes from one room to another before they go out on the trucks. The streets are so tight that we have to be careful about when the transport arrives or we block the whole road. It’s not a shiny new office building, it’s a working space where things actually happen. We deal with a lot of different items and everything has to be labeled just right so it doesn't get lost once it leaves the Old City. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we try to keep the stock clean. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner for whoever stops by to talk business. It is a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone wants their shipments sent at once. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on getting the crates loaded and the paperwork signed so the goods reach where they are going. There are plenty of days where we stay late just to finish one last container.
