Rathod Motors

Rathod Motors is located in Keshavnagar Society over in Bardoli. We have been here at A 5 for a good number of years now. It is not a massive showroom like the ones you see in the big cities, but we have enough space for the mechanical work we do. Most of the time the place smells like oil and tires, which is just part of the daily job. I started this because I always liked working with my hands and fixing things that were broken. We handle various vehicles that come through, mostly from people living nearby in the society or the surrounding town. It is a local operation, so we know most of our customers by their first names. The floor is usually a bit messy with tools and spare parts, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We do not have a fancy waiting room with a TV, just a couple of wooden stools if someone wants to hang around while we look at their engine. I do not do much advertising; word usually travels fast in Bardoli if you do the job right. Sometimes we get really busy and there is a bit of a wait, but we try to get through the repairs as fast as we can. My brother helps out sometimes when things get backed up. We just want to make sure the cars and bikes are running properly before they leave the shop. It is honest work.
