Lakshmi Plastic & Bartan Shop

If you find yourself walking down Mandvi Road in Surat, you might spot Lakshmi Plastic & Bartan Shop. We are located in the Sethfaliy area, right near the Ram Ji Mandir. The temple is a good landmark for people who have not visited us before. Our shop is filled with all sorts of things people need for their kitchens and homes. We have buckets, plates, and various plastic items stacked up high. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to fit in as much as we can. On hot afternoons, it stays a bit cooler inside the shop than out on the dusty road. People from around the district come by when they are setting up a new house or if something breaks and needs replacing. We are not trying to be anything other than a local shop where you can find a sturdy pot or a plastic bin. Usually, someone is always cleaning the dust off the shelves because the road outside stays busy with traffic. It gets loud sometimes when there is a festival at the Mandir, but we like the energy. We have known some of our customers for years, and they usually stop for a few minutes just to talk about the weather or local news. It is a simple life here in Surat, just keeping the shop open and helping people find what they came for without any fuss or fancy talk. We just do our work and go home when the sun sets.
