Kisan Agro

Kisan Agro is located right here in Bardoli, which is a place that everyone knows is big on farming. Since we are in an agricultural area, our shop usually follows the seasons of the crops. When it is time for planting, the place gets very busy with farmers coming in with their boots still dusty from the fields. They come in to talk about the weather or what kind of seeds might work better this year compared to the last one. We have heavy bags stacked up near the entrance and the smell of fertilizer and earth is always hanging in the air. Bardoli can get quite hot and dry, so we have a big water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by. I spend a lot of time moving things around to make more space or checking the labels on the jugs. It is a very practical kind of business where you get to know the faces of the people who grow the food for the rest of the country. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights; it is more about having the right tools and supplies sitting on the shelves when someone needs them in a hurry. Sometimes the farmers stay for a long time just to chat about how the monsoon is looking. It is a slow-paced life in some ways, but there is always something that needs to be carried or loaded onto a truck.
