Creative Motors

Creative Motors is located at Kamrej Dsk Rohite Kailash Complex, right at the Kamrej Char Rasta. We’re directly opposite the Tapi Hotel, which is a good landmark because people always get lost around the junction. It’s a noisy spot with all the cars and bikes zooming past the complex. We handle motor repairs and general maintenance, so our hands are usually covered in grease by ten in the morning. The workshop isn't the cleanest place, but that’s because we’re actually working on engines and parts all day. We have a couple of lifts and a lot of tools scattered around the benches. Sometimes we have to wait a while for parts to arrive from the city, which can be annoying for us and the customers, but we can't do much about the traffic. We don't use fancy diagnostic computers for everything; sometimes you just have to listen to the engine to know what's wrong. People from around Kamrej know they can just drop their vehicle off and we’ll get to it when the current job is done. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when it’s humid outside. We just keep the doors open and get through the list of repairs for the day. It is mostly local regulars who stop by for oil changes and quick fixes.
