Vishwatma Rice Mill Llp

Our mill is out in Vill Keshabpur Shankari. If you know the village, you know it is mostly just fields for as far as you can see. It is a really good spot for a rice mill because the local farmers are right nearby. We set up this LLP because it seemed like the right thing to do to keep everything organized for the bank. The building itself is just a big shed, really. It keeps the rain off the rice and the equipment. We spend most of our time out on the floor. It is definitely not a quiet job. The noise of the hullers is something you just get used to after a few weeks. We do not have a big fancy sign or any bright lights. Most people around here just know us as the rice place in the village. It is a lot of heavy lifting. My back hurts most evenings, but that is just part of the job. We have a few trucks that come in and out all day long. Sometimes the roads get muddy after a storm and things slow down, but we manage to keep going. We are not some giant company with a board of directors. It is just us and the workers. There is no secret to it, just putting in the hours every day. The sun sets over the fields and we usually wrap up then. It is a decent life. We just do the work without making any fuss.
