Tata Projects Limited

We are set up in Flat-313 of the Bidisha Housing Complex, right in the City Centre area of Durgapur. It’s a convenient spot because almost everything you need is within walking distance. Being in a housing complex means we are surrounded by families and other residents, so it’s never really quiet, but we like that lively feel. The apartment has been converted into a working space where we manage our part of Tata Projects Limited. It’s not a large office, but it has enough room for our small team to operate without bumping into each other too much. Durgapur is an industrial city, and you can feel that energy even in the residential parts. We spend our days mostly at our desks, working through spreadsheets and project plans. The lift in the building works most of the time, but we don't mind the stairs if we have to. Looking out from the third floor, you get a decent view of the local streets and the other buildings in the complex. It feels very grounded and real, unlike those sterile office parks. We take our breaks together and often talk about the local news or what’s happening in the City Centre. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us. We focus on being practical and getting through our daily list of responsibilities without any fuss or corporate polish.
