Our place for Royal Infraconstru Ltd. is located on Radhanagar Road in Burnpur. It’s a well-known area in this part of West Bengal. We’ve been here for a while, working on different infrastructure and building jobs around the region. Burnpur is an industrial kind of town, and we fit right into that vibe. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for our desks and the technical drawings we need for the projects. Most of the time, the office is empty because everyone is out at the work sites. We’re hands-on people. We like to see how the foundations are being poured and how the structures are coming along. The weather here can be quite harsh, either very hot or very wet, but we keep the work moving regardless. It’s all about staying organized and making sure we have enough hands for the job. We know the local suppliers on Radhanagar Road, so we can usually get what we need pretty quickly. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. No one here is trying to be a corporate executive. We’re just workers who know the construction trade. It's a tough job sometimes, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but that’s just part of being on Radhanagar Road. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about the only luxury we have. We’re more interested in how the steel is being laid than what the office looks like. It’s a solid way to spend the day.
