We are located out in Durgapur, West Bengal, at F-1/17A in the Natunpolly area of Benachity. Durgapur is known for its steel and heavy industry, so the vibe here is very hardworking and down-to-earth. Rieco Industries Ltd. has this small office to keep things moving in this part of the state. The building is simple, and the street outside can get quite lively with shoppers and local traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our desks. We have a lot of technical manuals and project files stacked up. The weather in West Bengal can be quite a challenge, especially when it’s hot and humid, but the ceiling fans keep us going. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just a group of staff members who know how to handle the industrial side of things. We talk to the technicians, we check the orders, and we make sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination and talking on the phone. Most of our day is spent making sure things are on track. We don't have any grand visions or corporate philosophies. We just believe in showing up and getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
