Premco Rail Engineers Limited

This is the Burnpur branch of Premco Rail Engineers Limited, located on Road No. 2 in Subhaspally. Burnpur is an industrial kind of town, so our work with the railways fits right in here. We are in the Burdwan district of West Bengal, and we stay pretty busy with all the engineering tasks that come our way. The office here is a modest building where we keep our records and plan our daily schedules. It’s a lot of grit and hard work, keeping the rail lines safe and functional. We don't use any fancy language to describe it; it’s just rail engineering. We spend a lot of time out on the tracks, checking for issues and managing the crews. The Subhaspally area is a good spot for us because it’s central to where we need to be. Sometimes the work hours are long, especially when there’s a big project that needs to be finished before the rains come. We have a good team of people who have been doing this for years, so they don't need much direction. We just show up, look at what needs to be done, and get on with it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s effective for what we need to achieve. We’ve been part of the Burnpur community for a while now, and we just keep doing our thing day after day without much fuss from anyone.
