Pobi Technologies & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is just a local business trying to do right by the community. We have a mix of tech and construction stuff going on, so the office is always a bit of a mess with blueprints and computer parts. It’s not a shiny corporate office. We have old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just talk to people and get the work finished. The colony is a quiet place mostly, though the Lions Club nearby has events sometimes. We like it here. It’s home. The staff is just a few local guys. We don't have big meetings, we just talk over tea and decide what to do next. It’s a very hands-on type of place. Some days we are out on a site, other days we are stuck inside doing the tech side of things. We just try to keep everything balanced. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't need much more than that. I think people appreciate that we are just normal people. We've been here for many years now and hope to stay.
