We are located at 5/5, Uttar Ramkrishna Pally in the Benachity area of Durgapur. It is a pretty active part of town, especially with all the construction going on lately. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our maps, tools, and all the documents for the projects we are handling in the Burdwan district. Most days, the place is a bit of a mess with boots near the door and dust on the tables. That is typical for a construction business like ours. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office is often quiet until late afternoon when everyone comes back. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It is a smaller team here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we argue about schedules or where the truck is, but it gets sorted out by the end of the day. The neighbors are nice enough, even when we make a bit of noise moving equipment. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days. It is not about looking good for visitors; it is about making sure the buildings we work on are solid. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Durgapur is a tough place to work sometimes with the heat, but we like it and we are sticking around.
