Our office is located right in the middle of the bustle at Malti Mangal Plaza in Murgasol. Asansol is a loud place with all the traffic and people moving around, and being in C-2/2 puts us right in the thick of it. Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited has had this spot for some time now. It’s a decent building, though the parking can be a real headache on market days. We spend our days answering phones, checking on site progress, and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work within that rhythm. The office itself is pretty plain, just desks and chairs and a tea kettle that probably works too hard. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we’re more interested in whether the concrete showed up on time or if the weather is going to hold for the next pour. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when deadlines are tight, but we manage. You’ll usually find a couple of us debating over a set of plans or chatting with a contractor who stopped by. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don’t really spend money on fancy decorations because that isn’t what builds roads or buildings. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. We have been here for years now.
