M/S S.D Construction

M/S S.D Construction is based in Durgapur, which is a busy industrial town. Things are always moving here. We are located in the New Colony area, specifically D.T.P.S. Our address is F-21/A, and it is not hard to find once you enter the colony. The neighborhood is mostly workers and families, so it feels very grounded and quiet. In the early mornings, you can hear the faint sounds from the power station nearby. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few chairs, a large wooden table for drawings, and a computer that has seen better days. The West Bengal weather is tough on the equipment, so we try to keep the dust off as much as we can. It is 713207 for the mail. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or ride our bikes over. There is a small park close by where we sometimes sit if the office gets too stuffy in the afternoon. We are not into big meetings; we just talk over what needs to be done for the day and get to it. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It is a quiet life in the colony, except for when the shifts change at the plant. We have some potted plants in the window that barely survive the summer heat, but they make the place look a bit more like home. It is just us here, working through the paperwork and making sure the site supplies are tracked.
