Mohan Store

Mohan Store is a small place located in Wagon Colony. We are in the Burnpur area, under the Hirapur police station in the West Burdwan district. It’s a local neighborhood store and we’ve been here for many years. Wagon Colony is a quiet place for the most part, though things pick up when people are coming home from work. Our shop is just a regular building like the others around it. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s filled with the things people need daily. We open up early and stay open until late in the evening. Most of the people who shop here live right in the colony. We know our neighbors and we see them almost every day. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a website or a social media page. If you want to find us, you just come to Wagon Colony in Burnpur. It is a simple life running a store like this. We handle the deliveries and keep the shelves stocked as well as we can. West Burdwan can be hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't looking to change much. Just Mohan Store serving the folks around Hirapur as we have always done. We like the routine and the community around us.
