Mayer Ton Refractoriness

Located at 15 Uday Shankar Bithi, right in the City Centre area of Durgapur, our office is pretty easy to find if you know the neighborhood. Mayer Ton Refractoriness is a name that sounds a bit heavy, but we’re actually a pretty grounded group. Refractory materials are what we deal with, and being in a city like Durgapur means there’s always a need for stuff that can handle high heat. The office is tucked away on a street named after the famous dancer, which is a nice touch for a place that deals with industrial supplies. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Inside, we have our samples and piles of documents scattered around. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our time is spent talking to clients or checking on shipments of bricks and liners. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. People in the office have been here for years, so we’ve seen the City Centre grow and change quite a bit. It’s a bit loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but we just keep the fans running and get through the day’s tasks. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the materials we supply are what the factories need. It’s simple, honest work that keeps the local industries running.
