We are based in Durgapur, West Bengal, specifically at 4/18 Gosthapal Bithi in the Sail Cooperative area. It is right near the City Centre, so it is a pretty convenient spot for us. The office is a quiet place where we can focus on the technical details of our construction work. We do not have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is just a functional space with some desks and chairs where we do our planning. Durgapur is a busy place and being near the City Centre means there is always a lot of movement around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different contractors and making sure the materials are arriving on time at the sites. We do not use any promotional talk or try to sound like we are the biggest company around. We are just a group of people who know how to manage building projects. The monsoon season here can make things difficult for construction, so we have to plan around the heavy rains. It is a bit of a gamble sometimes with the weather, but we make it work. We have been part of the Sail Cooperative for a while and we like the community here. It is a practical setup for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work that needs to get finished. That is basically all there is to it.
