We are based out in Durgapur, over in Sukanta Pally. Maa Bhabatarini Developers Llp is a small operation, mostly run by locals who know the Bardhaman area well. We’ve got our office set up here and it’s where we handle the daily grind of development work. It’s a bit quieter than Kolkata, which we like. Most of what we do involves looking at land and figuring out how to put up decent structures that people can actually use. We don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we keep our maps and site plans. Dealing with construction in this area has its own set of challenges, like getting the right supplies on time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on progress. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it for some time now. People around here know us as just another local business trying to make a living. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the work in front of us and try to get through it step by step. If someone stops by the office, they’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or headed out to a site. That's just the way it goes when you’re running a development outfit in a place like this. We're just regular folks doing our jobs and finishing the builds.
