Larsen & Toubro Limited

We are situated on Ramanujam Road in the B-Zone area of Durgapur. The address is 7/21, and it is a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads. Durgapur is a town that feels very industrial but our little corner is more settled. We have been operating out of this West Bengal office for a while. The building has that older feel to it, which we quite like. Inside, there are several rooms filled with files and some old computers that still do the job. We have a small area where we sit and have lunch together. Usually, it is just the sound of keyboards and the ceiling fans going. Outside, you can see people walking their dogs or heading to the local shops. It is a very local vibe here. Being at Larsen & Toubro Limited in Durgapur means we deal with a lot of the local regional stuff. We don't really have a big reception area, so when people come by, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. It is a practical way of doing things. Sometimes we get birds nesting on the window ledges, which makes for a bit of a mess but it is nice to look at. We just keep things moving, making sure the paperwork is right and the local projects are on track. No one here wears suits unless they absolutely have to. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay organized and helpful.
