Kk. Project Enterprise

We are Kk. Project Enterprise, and we work out of Vill. Kolsara in the Jaugram area of Burdwan. Being in a village in West Bengal means we know just about everyone around here. Our business is pretty simple. We take on building projects, mostly small houses or storage buildings for local farmers and residents. We don't have a big office in the city. We just use a small space here in Kolsara to keep our papers and talk to clients. Life in the village is quiet, and we like it that way. We don't have a team of salesmen. Most of our work comes from someone seeing a wall we built and asking who did it. We use local workers because they are reliable and they know the ground here. When the monsoon hits, everything gets muddy and we have to pause for a bit. That's just part of life in Burdwan. We don't use any complicated software or big corporate plans. We just count the bricks, check the cement, and make sure the roof doesn't leak. It's a living for us and a few other families in the village. We try to be fair with our prices and do the work as we said we would. It’s not always fast, but we get there in the end. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. It's how we've always done things here.
