Our shop is located in Asansol, specifically at Hill View Main, just opposite B.C. College. Rajesh Kr Sayal is usually around the place, and we share the space with D.K. Sen. We are an authorized dealer for Cummins engines, so a lot of our time is spent around heavy machinery and spare parts. If you walk into our office at 3/C/60, you will likely smell a bit of oil and old paper. It is a working environment, not a polished showroom. We have been here in West Bengal for years, dealing with the ups and downs of the local economy. Asansol is a rugged kind of place, and the engines we work with are the same way. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking down specific parts or explaining how a particular motor works to a customer. It is dusty work sometimes, especially when the trucks are moving nearby, but we enjoy it. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk because our customers are mostly mechanics and drivers who just want their engines running. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with everything. Whether it is moving crates or filing paperwork, it just has to get done. Living and working near the college means there is always people moving around outside. It keeps the energy up even on the long days when we are stuck behind the desk. We are just local people keeping the machines moving.
