You can find us over in Netaji Colony in Durgapur, right near the Benachity area. Our office at C-4/1 is easy enough to spot if you are familiar with this part of the Burdwan district. We have been operating Jupiter Services here for a while, focusing on all the little things that keep a place running. Durgapur is a busy town, especially with all the industry around, so there is always someone needing something fixed or looked at. Our space isn't very large, but it serves us well. We keep the desk piled with registers and the phone rings more than we’d like sometimes. The neighborhood is mostly quiet in the mornings before the main market area gets going. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the start, and we usually spend our breaks talking about the local news or the weather. West Bengal can get quite humid, so the fan is always running in the corner. We don't have a corporate handbook or fancy mission statements. We just try to help out the people who come through the door with their service requests. Sometimes the work is straightforward and other times it takes all afternoon to figure out a problem. That is just the nature of the job. We like being in Benachity because it feels like the heart of the town. People know they can just drop by and we will see what we can do. It is just how we do business here.
