We are based out of the Poniati Workshop, which is located near Jamuria Hat in the Burdwan district. Being here in West Bengal, we are very used to the particular pace of life and work in this region. Jmc Project (India) Limited isn't just a name on a piece of paper; it is a group of real people who are out there in the workshop every single day. It is a gritty and hardworking environment for our team. You won't find any fancy rugs or expensive office furniture at our place. Everything here is about the tools, the machinery, and making sure the projects stay on track. We spend a lot of time fixing equipment and getting things ready for the next stage of work. Jamuria Hat is a busy local spot, and there is always something happening around us. We have a lot of local workers who know their jobs inside and out. We don't really go in for those big corporate speeches or lofty missions. We just want to get the work finished correctly so we can move on to the next task on the list. Sometimes the weather makes things very difficult, and other times the machines just don't want to cooperate, but we just deal with it and move on. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work. We have been part of this community for a long time now and we like it.
