We have been running things from Sakti Niwas for quite a while now. It is a simple building located right near the Bom Bhola Club in Asansol. Most people find us easily because of the club being such a well-known spot on Radhanagar Road. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It is just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day tasks. The pin code is 713325 if you are sending something over. We started out in Kolkata but this location has become our main base of operations lately. It gets a bit noisy outside when there is a festival or a football match at the club, but we have gotten used to it. Inside, we have some old wooden desks and a lot of paper files stacked up. We don't use much of that high-tech office furniture. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the heat away in the summer. We have a small staff and most of us have been working together for a long time. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't have any big signs or posters. Just the name Hmtc on a small board. It is just a regular place where we get our work done without any fuss or trouble. We close up around six and head home like everyone else.
