We are located over in Durgapur at the Sail Co-Op in City Centre. It’s a busy part of town but our specific spot on Ritwick Ghatak is a bit more tucked away. Working out of this office means we see a lot of the local traffic and the daily rush of people going to work. The space itself is pretty basic. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of blueprints lying around. It gets quite hot in the summer here, so the fans are always going. Most of us have been with the company for a few years and know the routine well. We handle the local construction oversight and keep track of the projects happening in this part of Bengal. It is not a flashy place. You might walk right past the building if you aren't looking for the number 15 sign. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a site. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure the contractors have what they need. It’s steady work. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage to get the reports sent out eventually. It is just a normal office where people put in their hours and go home at the end of the day.
