Highway Chilli Hotels Llp

We are out here in Kanaidangachanchai, which is part of Purba Burdwan. Being right by the highway means we see a lot of people passing through all day and night. The sun gets really hot on this stretch of road during the summer months. We started Highway Chilli Hotels LLP because we saw how many drivers and families needed a place to stop while traveling. It is a simple setup. Most of our time goes into keeping the place tidy and making sure the kitchen is ready. We deal with a lot of dust from the road, so there is always cleaning to do. The guys working here are mostly from the nearby villages. We don't have anything too fancy, just the basics people look for when they’re tired of driving. Sometimes the trucks line up outside and it gets pretty crowded. We spend our mornings checking the supplies and making sure we have enough water and food for whoever might pull in. It’s a quiet area once you get away from the main road, but we stay busy with the travelers. Life out here moves at a different pace than the big cities, but the highway keeps us on our toes. We just try to keep things honest and functional for anyone who needs a break from their journey. There is always a lot to do, but we like the routine of the highway.
