You can find our Micco unit over in the A-Zone of Durgapur, right on Ashoke Avenue at house 14/8. We are staying at Shri Krishna Ch. Low’s place, which is a fairly common way things are set up in this residential part of the city. Durgapur is known for being a bit more planned and green than other places in West Bengal, and Ashoke Avenue reflects that. It is a pretty quiet street most of the time, which makes it a decent place to focus on work. Our office is not a high-rise or anything like that; it is just a homey space where we have set up our desks and equipment. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day operations and chatting with the people who drop by. There is a sense of routine that is hard to break. We see the same trees and the same neighbors every morning. The office inside is functional but definitely not fancy. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else.
