Ganapati E Service

Our office is down on the ground floor of Tirupati Tower. If you know Asansol, you know where the State Bank of India is on Barnpur Road, and we are just right there near the Asansol Court. It is a very busy area because of the court and the bank, so there are always people rushing around. Ganapati E Service started because we saw a lot of people struggling with online forms and digital stuff that they didn't quite understand. We aren't tech geniuses or anything, but we know how to use the computer and get things done. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep the machines running anyway. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the system. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator, which can be a bit annoying for the customers waiting in line. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge company. We are just local people helping other local people with their daily tasks. Whether it is a printout or a form that needs filling, we just sit down and do it. It is a simple life and we like being part of the community here in Asansol. Most people know us by our first names now. We just try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door with a problem.
