Eureka Constraction Company As A Supervisor Cum Manager

This office is where the supervisor and manager work out of for our construction projects. We are located at 33/17 on the Secondary Road in Durgapur. It’s a busy industrial town, and our spot is right in the middle of it. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few chairs, a big table for the blueprints, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time out at the actual building sites, so the office is mostly for when we need to handle the payroll or talk to the contractors. Construction in West Bengal has its own challenges, like getting materials through the traffic or dealing with the heavy monsoon rains. We just take it day by day. There’s a lot of dust from the cement and bricks, and our boots are usually covered in it. We don't have any polished corporate talk here. We just discuss how many bags of cement we need or why the sand delivery is late. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers and the suppliers. We’ve been on this road for a long time and know most of the people around here. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but there is something good about seeing a building actually go up. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything on track without too much fuss.
