Our office in Burnpur is located over in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the big cities, but there is always something happening at the site. We have been here for a while, and the local people mostly know where we are. The address is P.O. Burnpur, and it feels like a very traditional industrial town. We have a small group of staff who handle the local engineering tasks. It’s not a shiny new building or anything like that. It’s just a place with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and blueprints pinned to the walls. We get our tea from the shop nearby and spend the mornings going over the schedules. Sometimes the rain in West Bengal makes things a bit slow, especially during the monsoon season when the roads get muddy. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just do the work we are assigned and try to stay on top of the paperwork. People around here are friendly, and we have a decent routine going. Some of the guys have been with the company for years and know every corner of this district. It is a practical way to work. We don't need much more than our tools and a steady stream of projects to keep us busy through the week.
