Ellaa Suites

The building sits there on the street and we try to keep it tidy. Inside, it’s just the team making sure everything is ready for people who come to stay. We have our regulars who know the way here. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy in this part of Bengal, and we have to make sure the entrance stays dry and welcoming. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up our day. We aren't a big chain with a manual for everything. If something breaks, one of us grabs a tool and fixes it. We talk to the neighbors and the local shopkeepers because that’s just how it is in Mallick Para. It’s a practical place. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we are something we aren’t. If you need a room or just want to ask about the area, we are usually around the front desk. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street.
