Electronic House

We've been here on Karangapara Road in Durgapur for a while now. Most folks around here know the Hi-Tech Enterprise building where we are set up. Electronic House is basically what it sounds like. We handle a lot of different electronic stuff. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the local traffic and the shops nearby. People drop in when they need something fixed or are looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. We keep things pretty straightforward and functional. Working in West Bengal means we see a lot of humidity, which isn't great for circuits, so we stay busy with repairs. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and components everywhere. That's just how it is when you're actually working on things instead of just looking at them. My desk is usually covered in papers and a soldering iron is usually plugged in somewhere in the back. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing here. It's just us. If someone calls the shop, they usually talk to me or one of the guys working on the bench. Durgapur is a solid industrial town, so people here appreciate when you just get the job done without a lot of extra talk. We try to keep the parts people need in stock, but sometimes we have to wait for a shipment to come in from the city. That’s just part of the business. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
