Being in West Bengal, specifically in a place like this, means things move at a slightly different pace compared to the big cities like Kolkata. At Delta India Electronics Pvt, we spend our days working with various components and technical pieces. The office isn't anything special to look at—just a solid building where we can keep our equipment safe and have enough room to work. We have a small group of workers who come in from the surrounding villages. In the mornings, there is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the windows before the heat of the day really sets in. We deal with electronics, so there are always tools and parts scattered across the workbenches. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow deliveries because of our location, but we’ve learned how to work around those little hurdles over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the boards and wires in front of us. It’s quiet work, and we like it that way. The local people know us as the electronics place down the road, and that’s a reputation we’re quite comfortable with. We just try to do right by the people who come to us.
