Burnpur River Side School

You can find us over in Burnpur, Asansol, right by the river side as the name says. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living in this part of town. The school has been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the decades. It’s a large school with a lot of students coming in from all across Asansol. The morning assembly is usually a big event with everyone lined up on the grounds. We have different buildings for the different age groups, and there’s always something going on, whether it's a science lab session or just a regular history class. The river nearby gives a bit of a breeze on the hotter days, which is nice. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don't use any fancy language to talk about ourselves. We are just a local school doing the same thing we’ve done for years. We handle the exams, the sports days, and the parent-teacher meetings just like any other place. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we need to fix a broken window, but that’s just part of running a big building. It’s a busy environment from Monday to Friday, and then it gets real quiet on the weekends when only the guard is around to watch the gate.
