The road can get quite busy with all the cars and bikes. We have a small setup here. It’s nothing like those big travel agencies you see in the movies. We just have our desks and our equipment. We’ve been part of the Faridpur community for a while. Durgapur is our home, and we like being on Bhiringi More Road. There is always something happening outside. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Brilliance Travels is run by a few of us who just wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a lot of work, but we don’t complain. The office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe. We haven't changed the furniture in years. It works for us, so we keep it. People stop by to ask for directions or just to say hello. We like that about this spot. It’s not just a business; it’s where we spend most of our time. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up every morning and open the locks. That’s the reality of it. If you're near Bhiringi More, you'll see our sign hanging out front. It’s been there as long as I can remember.
