We run Breakbag Holidays Pvt Ltd from our office at 35, Rani Rasmoni Path. It’s located within the Sail Co-Operative Housing area here in Durgapur. It is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually quite like. The office is basically just a room where we keep all our records and handle the daily tasks of a holiday company. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff; it's just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. Most of the time, we are busy talking to people about where they want to go and how they want to get there. There’s a lot of back and forth with bookings and schedules. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, just like any other small office. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve become part of the local scene over at the Sail Co-Operative. People sometimes stop by to ask questions or just to see what we do. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process of planning a trip. It's mostly about getting the timing right and making sure all the pieces fit together. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep showing up every day at Rani Rasmoni Path to do the work. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. We focus on the practical side of things and just try to get the job done right.
