Fort Aguada Beach Resort

People usually find us because we are right here in Sinquerim. It is a busy spot but we try to keep things steady at Fort Aguada Beach Resort. The sun gets pretty hot during the middle of the day so most people stay inside or find some shade under the trees. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now and seen the area change quite a bit. It used to be much quieter years ago. Now there are more cars and people walking around heading to the beach. We just focus on keeping the place running. It is a lot of work maintaining a resort of this size. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we need to fix the tiles, but that is just how it goes when you are near the ocean air. The salt usually ruins everything if you don't watch it. Our staff is mostly local folks who live nearby. We open the gates early and shut them late. There is always someone cleaning or checking something. It is not always perfect, but we do what we can. People come and go, some stay for a week and others just stop by for a look. We are just a part of the landscape here now. If you walk down the road toward the water, you can't really miss us. It is just life in Sinquerim for us every day.
