Sabyasachi Chatterjee

I have been teaching from my place at Balaka Avenue in Navapally for a good number of years now. If you know the area, I am quite close to the Lotary Kalibari and Gupta Colony. It is a quiet spot, which is good for studying. I don't have a big staff or a corporate office. It is just me, Sabyasachi Chatterjee, working with students who need a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. My house is usually full of books and papers scattered around. I started doing this because I enjoy explaining things to people. Sometimes a classroom at school is too crowded for a student to ask questions, so they come here. We sit down and go through the lessons. I don't use any fancy software or gadgets. A pen and paper usually do the job just fine. Students come from around Kolkata 700126, mostly locals from the nearby streets. It is a very informal setup. We talk about the subjects, solve some problems, and try to get the homework done. There are days when the weather is bad and the street outside gets a bit messy, but the students still show up. I appreciate that effort. It isn't a big business, just a way for me to share what I know. We focus on the syllabus and making sure the basics are clear. That is pretty much how things go here every day.
