Kidzee Mathura Preschool

So, this place is over in Barasat, right on Krishnanagar Road. If you are looking for 145 Kalpukur, that’s where we are. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road. The school is mostly filled with the sound of kids running around and the teachers trying to keep them in line. We’ve got the usual colorful mats on the floor and those plastic chairs that always seem to get stacked in the corner. Every morning is the same routine. Parents pull up on their scooters or walk over, dropping off their little ones. Some of the kids are crying because they don’t want to leave their moms, while others just run straight for the toys. We spend a lot of time wiping down tables and making sure nobody trips over anything. It’s not some big corporate office; it’s just a local preschool where things get a bit messy. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain making everything damp, especially during the monsoon months in Kolkata. The staff here are just regular people from around the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the gates, do the lessons, let them play, and wait for the parents to come back at noon. It’s a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here.
