Our place is located on Jhalawar Road, right near the Nai Ki Bari oil factory in Baran. If you know the area, you probably know the smell of the oil factory and the sound of the trucks on the main road. Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma is usually around here making sure everything runs okay. We are based out in Rajasthan and it can get pretty hot during the summer months, which makes the outdoor work tough, but we manage. This isn't a huge corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's more of a functional space where we organize the logistics for our infrastructure projects. We have a lot of tools and equipment stored near the back. People in the Baran district see our name around on various job sites. It’s a straightforward setup. We come in early, drink some tea, and then check the daily tasks. Sometimes the dust from the road blows into the office, so things aren't always spotless, but we are more focused on getting the jobs done than keeping a perfect desk. Being near the factory means there’s always activity nearby. We feel like a part of the local furniture now. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of town. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures, we just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
